The club meets on the first Tuesday of the Month (Feb-Nov) at 7.30 pm in the St. Albans Community Resource Centre (in the old St. Albans Library Building), 1047 Colombo Street, Christchurch.
Find the road map here.

Monthly Club Meetings. begin with a quick overview of club business, then proceed to various segments which are presented by fellow members or invited speakers from around the country.
Tip of the month and Tie of the month are popular segments preceding the main speaker.
Well-known fly-fishing guides, authors and personalities are invited to give presentations on a large range of different topics of interest to members.

Club meetings are also a chance to chat with other fly fishers over a cuppa or peruse the club's extensive collection of magazines, books, dvd’s and videos.

An information desk is set up to take registrations for coming clinics and trips as well as to dispense free didymo spray bottles, merchandise and our Feather Merchants sponsored welcome packs.

These packs give visitors in-depth information about the club, local fishing locations as well as a gift “Umpqua Hatch Box” (availability dependent) containing Umpqua flies and tippet.

A raffle is also held each month with products purchased from local outfitters including The Fishermans Loft and The Complete Angler ; both of which have supported the club for many years.

The club meetings are well attended and our club has grown quickly over the past 2 years.

Why not grab a friend, or just come along yourself, and take advantage of the many clinics, trips and resources which the CFFC offers.
